Our whole family made these bionicle masks together. Cassius let me plaster his face with casting strips to make the bases for the masks. He was very patient while breathing through a straw and as plaster dripped in his eyes and ears. Paris insisted on helping too – he plastered, painted and paper mached all over the place.
We hid the masks in the garden and the kids searched for them with flashlights in the dark. Then they stayed up ALL night playing Bionicle. I’m still tired. Cassius has a lifetime supply of Bionicle now, thanks to an awesome deal we found on Craig’s list.
